Cancellation confirmation: within 5 working days
Refund processing (if approved): within 21 working days
Refund Channel:
- Cash bookings: Refunded to your original payment method.
- Points redemptions: Reinstated to the member’s BonusLink account.
- For Points + Cash bookings: Refunded to your original payment structure - cash will be refunded first, and any remaining refundable amount will be returned in BonusLink Points.
Important: You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, subject to the hotel’s cancellation terms. However, third-party fees such as bank processing charges or foreign exchange conversion rates may affect the final amount.
