Here's what it takes to be eligible for each Tier:
Member: The Standard BonusLink Points collection required for each tier in during each cycle (2 months) is 0 - 100 Standard Points.
Silver: The Standard BonusLink Points collection required for each tier in during each cycle (2 months) is 101 - 400 Standard Points.
Gold: The Standard BonusLink Points collection required for each tier in during each cycle (2 months) is 401 - 1000 Standard Points.
Platinum: The Standard BonusLink Points collection required for each tier in during each cycle (2 months) is a minimum of 1001 Standard Points.
Standard Points eligible for Tier progression are earned through purchases of Shell Fuels (excluding Diesel) and/or any purchases made at Shell Stations, including Shell Lubricants.
Members are required to collect the minimum standard BonusLink Points as stated in table for each tier within the cycle and status will be upgraded instantly.
Any Bonus Points earned during promotions, campaigns, or point multipliers accumulated as part of the tier reward earned during each cycle will not be counted as part of the progression to level up.
Example #1: For Gold Members who earn 2x Points with every RM1 spent on Fuels, only 1x Standard Point will be counted as part of the progression to level up.
Example #2: If you participate in a Shell Bonuslink campaign which allows you to earn 10x Point with RM1 spent on Lubricants within the promotion period, only 1x Standard Point will be counted as part of the progression to level up.
Under the Programme, Member is allowed to collect up to a total of two thousand five hundred (2,500) Bonus Points per cycle from any rewards with a multiplier on any Qualifying Products at Shell Stations.
The point structure is as below:
• One (1) Standard BonusLink Point for every 1 Litre of Fuels* purchased
• One (1) Standard BonusLink Point for RM1 purchase at Shell SELECT or Shell Lubricants
• Shell V-Power Racing Fuel Specifically for V-Power Racing fuel, Member will collect 5x Points for every 1 litre purchased. All 5x Points will be counted as part of the progression to level up.
• Shell Select Specifically for Shell Select Purchases, Member can unlock 5x Points for every RM1 spent at Shell Select if they meet a cumulative RM30 spend at Shell Select within the same cycle. However, only 1x Standard Point will be counted as part of the progression to level up. This multiplier is reset in the next cycle.
Redemptions do not impact the movement of the Tier progression.
Example: If you are a Gold member with 700 Standard Points and you redeem a BonusLink Premium Item at 500 Standard Points, it does not mean you are no longer a Gold member because you have a remainder of 200 Standard Points. All you need to do is continue to earn enough points to maintain or progress to the next tier.
