The process involves:
1. Initiating the process by clicking on “Check BUDI MADANI” tile or via “Manage Subsidy” section under “Accounts”.
2. You will be redirected to TNG eWallet App (Ensure you are logged in to your TNG eWallet App).
3. Agree to share personal data between Shell App and TNG eWallet App.
4. Complete verification steps (i.e. enter 12 digit ID number, OTP and perform a facial scan in the TNG eWallet App).
